Modern mycotherapy is the combination of millennia-old knowledge and current findings and studies. Its roots are mainly found in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). However, the effect of vital mushrooms in natural medicine has also been proven in many other regions of the world. Evidence of this can be found in Brazil, Russia and Europe, for example. Medicinal mushrooms are used both preventively and therapeutically. Their spectrum of action ranges from detoxification to the treatment of numerous symptoms and also serious illnesses.

Vital mushrooms have a wide range of valuable ingredients. These include vitamins, polysaccharides, trace elements, minerals, amino acids and enzymes. This wealth enables a wide range of effects. Besides detoxification, medicinal mushrooms are excellent for strengthening and stabilising the immune system.
Furthermore, their effectiveness has been proven for numerous diseases, including many “civilisation diseases” such as: Allergies, high blood pressure, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, cancer and many more.

CONTENT OF THE TRAINING
In the training you will learn all the important aspects of medicinal mushrooms and their mode of action. We explain the nutritional and pharmacological effects of medicinal mushrooms in a compact and easy-to-understand way. We present the fourteen medicinal mushrooms individually in a portrait: Agaricus bisporus, Agaricus blazei murrill (ABM), Auricularia, Chaga, Coprinus, Cordyceps, Coriolus, Hericium, Maitake, Pleurotus, Polyporus, Poria cocos, Shiitake and Reishi.
In addition, our speakers will explain the use and effect of vital mushrooms for selected diseases.
An essential point of our trainings is the application of medically effective mushrooms in therapeutic practice. Therefore, we attach great importance to the detailed explanation of the structured healing charts, because this way you can start using mycotherapy immediately after the training.

The first part of the book contains portraits of the individual vital mushrooms. In addition to their origin, their medicinal effects are described. In addition, there is general information on dosage and intake.
Clear healing charts
The central part of the Healing Chart Book is the detailed healing charts. Here you will find a compact therapy recommendation for almost all diseases and symptoms with which your patients come to your practice. You can see directly which vital mushrooms or vital mushroom mixtures you can use for individual symptom pictures.
The healing charts are arranged alphabetically by main indication and additionally in chronological order. There is a separate, well-structured healing chart for each main indication and the corresponding sub-indications. There you can see which vital mushrooms are recommended in each case and their specific effects.
The quickfinder
For a quick search, there is the “Quickfinder”. Here you can see at a glance which mushrooms are the mycotherapeutic remedy of choice for a total of around 200 indications. The order is also alphabetical according to main indication with integrated sub-indications in each case.
